What to Expect and Some of the Key Steps to the Process......👇🏻

✅ Home Plan Selection & Design Center Selections (Gather Inspiration & Initial Pricing at our Design Center in Southpark)

✅Land Evaluation & Site Development Site Costs Analysis (Our team will make a visit to your site to review exactly what needs to be done to build your home ie. Home Placement, Topography, Utilities etc.)

✅Preliminary Site Survey & HOA Approval(Confirm Home plan Selected works and if home is being built in a Community that we are following Architectural Review Guidelines)

✅Are you paying Cash or Need assistance w/ Financing - We have a few preferred lenders we work with that offer 1 time close - CP (Construction to Permanent Loans) for FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo Loan.

✅Permitting Process - Depending on the Municipality and or County, we will review and handle all the details in reference to building permits, impact fees, utilities, driveway or culvert permits, or work with you to guide the process in Well and Septic applications etc)

✅Pre - Construction Meeting - Learn about the construction process and timing of your project with expectations and meet with your construction manager that will be building your dream home.

✅Site Preparation, Clearing and Excavation - At this time we will set building stakes for the foundation, Clear any trees (if needed) and start to balance the site to prepare for your foundation type (Slab, Crawl or Basement Foundation)

The Construction Process is handled in 2 Phases - Pre Drywall and Post Drywall

✅ Construction Phase 1 (Pre- Drywall) - Foundation, Framing, Roofing, Exterior Materials, Rough Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC, Insulation and Drywall.

✅Construction Phase 2 (Post - Drywall) - Interior Trim, Cabinets, Countertops, Flooring (Tile, LVP, Hardwood, etc) Final Plumbing & Fixtures, Electrical (Light Fixtures) and HVAC, Final Paint, Door Hardware, Shower Doors, Mirrors, Exterior Finishes, Garage Doors and Landscaping.
