Or maybe you’ve already purchased the lot and you want to BUILD ON YOUR OWN LOT or you need help finding the best location, we have the tools and resources you need to find the site that’s perfect for you. When thinking about your investment, we recommend the cost of your land be 20% of your overall budget. Once you select your new piece of property, we’ll conduct an on-site inspection to discuss the unique characteristics of your lot and determine the construction timeline.
